This 4-bedroom home has a large pool with oversized pool screens for great unobstructed views. Located in a private and peaceful community, the home has a large living space with comfortable indoor dining and lots of space for al-fresco dining. In the living room relax with the large television and couches, tasteful décor, and remote blinds to view the lake through the large slider. This property radiates a homey feeling, with stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, a separate ice maker, and tons of kitchen gadgets. Boasting a split floor plan, the master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the bedroom. The master bedroom features a large king bed, television, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks, and tons of counter space. There are three other bedrooms, two with double beds and personal televisions, and one features a twin bed and office space. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combination. This home offers indoor tranquility, but you should not forget to enjoy the outdoors. There is a barbeque and an outdoor dining table for enjoying barbeque and the Florida wildlife. Bask in the sun on loungers or in the pool while watching the gleam of the lake through the unique pool screen. The property has an ideal location; it is only minutes away from local shops and 25 minutes from Gulf beaches. Benefit from the community area which offers a community pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, and a children’s playground. All our properties are fully equipped for everyday living and are self-catering homes. All our pool areas are fully screened for your protection and privacy.
The pool can be heated in the winter. There is an additional charge for pool heating.

Cancellation Policy
The booking may be canceled by the tenant at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing.
The following deadlines and charges apply to all cancellations, once a confirmation has been sent and the down payment deposit has been made:
Cancellations within three days of confirmation date: $100.00 (plus tax) administrative fee.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total payment, which is equal to the down payment deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations of 30 days or less prior to arrival or no-show: 100% of the rental amount is forfeited. Refunds will be given for those cancellations, where we are able to re-book exact days at the same price or higher. Otherwise, the difference between the canceled booking and the replacement booking will be refunded. An administrative fee of $150 applies, which is deducted from any potential refund.
Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect the traveler against the cost of cancellations due to family illness, loss of a job, death in the family, and named storms.
Deposit Policy
Guest will pay 25% of the total price of the accommodation, fees, and services incl. taxes after reservation to confirm and secure the booking. The remaining balance is charged automatically 30 days before arrival to the credit card on file. If the remaining balance is paid by check, in addition to rent, the tenant shall pay a late charge in the amount of $200 for payments made 3 days after the rent is due.
We will never ask you to wire funds to us as a deposit. Please contact us if you are unsure.

"Relaxing & Spacious"
We just loved our stay. The house was so clean and the kitchen fully loaded to cook our Christmas Meal. We love the views of the Lake and Private Heated Pool. The property was located in a quiet subdivision with sidewalks, basketball, tennis, playground equipment and large common pool. We would definitely stay here again!
