Our experience with Gulfcoast Holiday Homes was fantastic from start to finish. As it was our first time renting a home, we had a lot of questions. Stefan was quick and responsive with answering our questions and putting our minds at ease. Overall, the home was as described and pictured, and we enjoyed staying there immensely. COVID policies were clearly posted and described in the home upon our arrival, showing they care about doing things right. We will look to Gulfcoast Holiday Homes for our future booking needs.

….we just returned from our best vacation ever! The House was exactly what we needed… it was as advertised… great location (close to everything!), perfect size for Mark and I and Adam when he joined us for Thanksgiving. Great private backyard with pool and spa. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed for a great stay. The neighborhood is great for walking, sunset, and pelican viewing at Indian beach. My family stayed at Villa Bayview in Sarasota. The home is updated, spacious, fully equipped and has a fantastic view. We noticed after our first night that the air conditioning in one area wasn’t keeping up. My husband contacted Stefan and we had someone there quickly and on the weekend! The next day we discovered that one of the showers wasn’t working properly and once again, it was repaired within 24 hours. Every year we rent a home in the Sarasota area to visit family. This was our first rental with Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. Stefan and the folks at Gulfcoast far exceeded response time of any of the other property management companies that we have dealt with over the years. Stefan answered our questions, was patient with our concerns and made us feel like we were working with family. Although we probably won’t rent this property again (it has steps to enter and as a result our parents were unable to visit), we fully intend to search properties that are managed by Gulfcoast. There’s nothing like the security of knowing that we are renting from a management company that wants to make sure that our vacation home is as wonderful as we have dreamed! Thank you Stefan, we hope to see you again next year!

We especially liked the cozy outdoor area. The lighting and furniture are very tasteful and give the house a lot of charm. Possibly. would require a cleaning of the ventilation system in the house and a cleaning of the guide rail of the balcony door needed, but about this one can see well and did not bother our stay. TOP! Thanks also to Mr. Müller-Reinisch, who gave us a smooth welcome with great tips for the area. Highly recommended and will gladly come again! (Original) Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und das Haus hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht um abzuschalten und an den Abenden am Pool zu sitzen und den Tieren zu lauschen. Uns hat besonders der gemütliche Aussenbereich gefallen. Die Beleuchtung und Möbel sind sehr geschmackvoll und verleihen dem Haus viel Charm. Evtl. wäre eine Reinigung der Lüftungsanlage im Haus nötig und eine Reinigung der Führungsschiene der Balkontüre nötig, aber über dies kann man gut hinweg sehen und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht gestört. TOP! Danke auch an Hr. Müller-Reinisch, der uns einen reibungslosen Empfang mit super Tips für die Gegend gegeben hat. Sehr empfehlenswert und wird kommen gerne wieder!

My daughter and I recently spent a week at La Casita in Sarasota. We arranged this through Stefan at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. We were very pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. The house was beyond our expectations. It was immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated and had all of the amenities necessary to make our vacation a pleasant one. We anticipate returning to Sarasota in the near future and look forward to booking through Stefan and Gulfcoast again.

The seven of us weren’t in the property more than two hours before we decided that it was the best we have experienced in the six years we have been coming to Florida for golf. The house was large enough, seven beds for seven old guys. Three baths that gave all of us ample opportunity at night and in the morning. The kitchen/living room/dining room area was large enough for our socializing in a variety of groups or all together. The appliances worked well, there were enough towels and kitchen supplies. Finally, the furniture and layout enhanced our stay as well. An exceedingly comfortable base for any vacationers – highl recommended. Tom Wolf

We rented a home in Bradenton Feb 15-22 and were exceptionally pleased with Gulfcoast Holiday Homes and the service they provided. Stephan was quick to answer any questions we had prior to our stay, and once we were at the home, he stopped in to see if there was anything we needed, to answer any questions we had and to personally go over the rules and regulations for the property. The home was exactly as described in the description on Gulfcoast’s website, which makes me sure that if I ever need to rent a home in Florida again, we’ll be using this company!

Couldn’t recommend them any higher other than to say we have already scheduled our trip for next year at the same home.

Stayed just short of 2 weeks at the Magnolia Breeze property, it’s a great location you are close to everywhere 15 minutes from the beautiful Siesta Key beach and also Downtown. It’s a safe residential area. Stefan is really helpful and I would recommend this company.

Stefan, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful. With three bedrooms, the house was terrific for our family, of two grandparents, two parents and two little grandchildren. They swam in the pool at least an hour every day, and we all enjoyed the other amenities.

This was my first experience using Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. Stefan was amazing and very response to each and every email, about each property and answered all of my questions. The 5 bedroom house I rented was setup perfectly. Each room was far enough away from each other for personal space. The kitchen and common areas were also spacious to include the pool/BBQ screened in area (bonus points for the screen). The house was cleaner than many houses I’ve rented in the past. There were no cob webs, dust or random stains found in any room. The kitchen and bathroom were cleaned and lightly stocked with immediate need items. There were plenty of small appliances ( coffee maker, tea kettle, George Forman grill) and ample dishware. The only minor complaint is the lack of tv channels available. If I am ever in Florida area again, I will definitely look into Gulfcoast Holiday rentals as a first choice.

Spent a week at a lovely home on the water during Christmas. The home was clean, well maintained, and tastefully furnished and decorated. Looking forward to returning in the future.

My wife and I spent a three week vacation in the Condo Lombardei twice during November December. It`s a townhouse with two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (shower and tub/shower combo). The condo seems to be newly renovated and it is well maintained and clean. It is modern and functional. It has everything to feel good about. A spacious living room with couch and dining area for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in the sun. The house is situated in a quiet environment. The historic center of Sarasota and the marvelous beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. The shopping malls for daily needs are around the corner, so to speak. It is very reassuring to know that Mr. Stefan Mueller-Reinisch from Gulfcoast Holiday Homes is always available and helpful at all times. The consequence: we have booked again. Dr. Reinhard Reimann
