With its large screened lanai and infinity pool overlooking the water, you'll never want to leave. As you step through the double front doors, you'll be greeted by soaring 16' cedar-clad ceilings, and a free-standing stone fireplace visible from both sides of the living area. The spacious living room with ample seating is the focal point in the common area of the home and the split floor plan naturally flows around it; the primary suite on one side and the guest bedrooms on the other side, both independent from each other. Enjoy meals in the spacious dining room with a fully equipped wet bar, featuring a sink and a separate ice maker. The large kitchen is a chef's dream. It is well-equipped and offers lots of space with its unique marble countertops. A large walk-in pantry holds your supplies and groceries. The stainless steel appliances are conveniently located and offer great opportunities for an ambitious chef. You will have a stove, a microwave, and a separate convection oven at your disposal. The adjacent breakfast area invites you to a cup of coffee in the morning or gives you the chance to entertain while cooking.

The primary bedroom with its king-sized bed opens onto the screened lanai and features an en-suite bath with a low-entry walk-in shower and one walk-in closet. On the other side of the public spaces, two guest bedrooms and a bathroom provide plenty of space for friends or family. All bedrooms have a door to access the outside. A separate laundry room off the kitchen holds the washer and dryer for your private use.
The owner is willing to consider one small pet (dog) up to a maximum weight of 25 lbs. A pet fee applies. Please ask us, we are happy to help.

With a composite dock suitable for small boats or kayaks, you'll have access to the water and electricity for all your aquatic adventures. A marina just one mile downstream offers boat rentals for you to explore the Intracoastal Waterway and Sarasota Bay. A kayak is provided if you want to explore the area. Manatees and Dolphins are frequent visitors in the inland creeks! Beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach are provided for your use.
