The home has beautifully maintained wooden floors on the lower level and new carpets on the upper level. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home provides ample space for comfortable living, perfect for families or those seeking a tranquil getaway. The common area with the large living room with a fireplace, the formal dining room, and the well-equipped kitchen are on the first floor. The dining area provides the space you need to have a formal family meal. The table will comfortably fit up to 6 guests. Relax and have your morning coffee at the breakfast aisle in the kitchen. The gas-fired stainless steel stove and oven will be every chef's favorite in the kitchen. One half-bath is located on the 1st floor, a common element at the time the home was built. A bonus room with tile flooring, adjacent to the living room offers an additional room for reading, art, for the children to play, to exercise on the elliptical treadmill, or to relax on the king-size bed. So many options, for a versatile space. Despite the bed in the bonus room, this home is only suitable for a maximum of 6 guests! Exit through the wing doors onto the large deck and into the garden.
All the bedrooms are conveniently located upstairs. The two guest bedrooms share one bathroom, while the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The home is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and comes with free high-speed internet, WIFI, and internet TV.
The backyard of the home is all about the Florida lifestyle. The large deck offers plenty of seating and a chance to lounge by the large pool. A gas BBQ is provided for your convenience, to cook steaks or sear vegetables. The newly resurfaced saltwater pool is surrounded by lush greenery for privacy. A table tennis table offers fun for the entire family. The pool can be heated for an extra charge. Please inquire separately about pool heating.
Enjoy the convenience of being a stone's throw away from the vibrant downtown Bradenton, where restaurants and shops beckon for your exploration. The acclaimed beaches of Anna Maria island can be reached within a short drive of under 20 minutes. Ample space for multiple vehicles, ensuring convenience for residents and guests, a two-car garage is available for you. There is space to store a boat on the side of the home with a separate gate. Please ask us if you plan to bring a boat!

Cancellation Policy
The booking may be canceled by the tenant at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing.
The following deadlines and charges apply to all cancellations, once a confirmation has been sent and the down payment deposit has been made:
Cancellations within three days of confirmation date: $100.00 (plus tax) administrative fee.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total payment, which is equal to the down payment deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations of 30 days or less prior to arrival or no-show: 100% of the rental amount is forfeited. Refunds will be given for those cancellations, where we are able to re-book exact days at the same price or higher. Otherwise, the difference between the canceled booking and the replacement booking will be refunded. An administrative fee of $150 applies, which is deducted from any potential refund.
Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect the traveler against the cost of cancellations due to family illness, loss of a job, death in the family, and named storms.
Deposit Policy
Guest will pay 25% of the total price of the accommodation, fees, and services incl. taxes after reservation to confirm and secure the booking. The remaining balance is charged automatically 30 days before arrival to the credit card on file. If the remaining balance is paid by check, in addition to rent, the tenant shall pay a late charge in the amount of $200 for payments made 3 days after the rent is due.
We will never ask you to wire funds to us as a deposit. Please contact us if you are unsure.
