The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern high-end appliances like a gas cooktop and ample counter space, perfect for preparing delicious meals or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants. The open concept allows to entertain guests at the counter or in the adjacent formal dining area. A half bathroom or powder room on the first floor provides convenient access from the common areas for guests and renters.

The home has a total of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom features a free-standing tub and a walk-in shower. Boasting a contemporary design and thoughtful amenities, the other bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms share a bathroom, which can be accessed from one bedroom directly and across the hallway from the other. The garage is not available to guests, but there is ample parking in front of the home.
The boat in the backyard is not included in the rental and cannot be used.
