This luxury waterfront home has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with an infinity pool with a jacuzzi nestled on the Philippi River in Sarasota just a short drive by car or boat to the famous Siesta Key with its award-winning beaches.
This unique waterfront home will not disappoint, as it offers several spaces for everyone to enjoy their time. The home has two levels that offer different amenities to our guests. The levels are connected by stairs. Enjoy stunning water views of Philippi Creek while spending time in your vacation home.
On the upper level, you can find the main living area, kitchen, and 3 of the home’s 4 bedrooms. The living room/family room with its large TV, cozy wood paneling, and high ceiling invites you to enjoy everyone's company. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience and invites you to prepare your family meals. It has many gadgets that make vacation life easier and more pleasant. Including a coffee maker, electric kettle, smoothie maker, microwave, roaster, crockpot, and toaster.
If you don't feel like cooking, you can take advantage of the great restaurants and their delicious cuisine which are nearby. The breakfast bar and the formal dining area offer space to enjoy family meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with lots of space to enjoy. The flow of the home beautifully connects the inside living area to the outdoor with the wrap-around deck offering additional seating and spectacular views of the canal. The porch is a great place to unwind or have a drink at sunset or watch some TV in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee.
Three bright and beautifully decorated bedrooms are located on the upper level. You will immediately notice the love for detail so our guests can relax, rest and enjoy. The master suite is spacious with plenty of closet space to accommodate all your personal belongings. If you want quiet time, you can turn your TV on and enjoy your favorite show in bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and a soaking tub. All bedrooms have large closets with coat hangers for your belongings and luggage. One guest bedroom has a bunk bed, which could be perfect for our little guests. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom. This family bathroom has a shower/tub combo. All three bedrooms have blinds guaranteeing a great night's sleep for everyone.
As if the 2nd floor, the upper level doesn't have it all, it is time to move your vacation to the next level!
The 1st-floor level has a mother-in-law suite with a separate bathroom. The mother-in-law suite has its own large TV, a couch, and 2 queen beds. The suite can also work as an office if you need some quiet time for work. The bathroom with a shower can also be used as a pool bath.
The lower level features a spacious living area that connects to an amazing outdoor area overlooking the water. Enjoy your time with TV and drinks in one of the seating areas, unwind and get carried away by the views from the patio swing or play a round of darts. Spend a great time with your family and friends in the enclosed air-conditioned game room while playing pool or shuffleboard. How about a round cornhole? There are so many options. All seating areas have TVs, so you relax and watch the game with your family.
Sit, sip and relax at your private Tiki bar and watch the Florida Marine wildlife. Take a splash in the stunning infinity pool that lights up at night for an amazing atmosphere or just relax in the private jacuzzi overlooking Philippi Creek. A gas BBQ is provided for your convenience to have delicious dinners on the private main patio area. This outside pool area allows you really to enjoy what the sunshine state has to offer. With the home on a very wide part of the canal, the residence offers plenty of privacy. Just the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Beach equipment is provided for your convenience.
The pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional charge. Please inquire separately about pool heating. We will be happy to help.
The outside area offers plenty of space for fun and games and has sun loungers, so our guests can soak up the sun for a nice tan. The private boat dock can be used to fish or rent a boat from a local boat rental company. If you are interested in this service, please let us know ahead of time so we can establish this contact for you and you can work out the details. You could also dock your own boat if you like. The owners' boat is on-site (on the boat lift), but cannot be rented or used by guests. A double kayak and a Stand-Up Paddleboards are available for you to explore Philippi Creek (use at your own risk) and the surrounding areas.
There is so much to enjoy in this home on all levels and the choice is yours! The home is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and high-speed internet and WIFI. All TVs in the house have access to Cable TV and are Smart TVs. There are a total of 8 TVs in the home!
Conveniently located to everything Sarasota has to offer, you are close to Downtown and its restaurants, but also on the gateway to miles of beaches with fine sand and shallow waters, such as Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, or Anna Marie Island. If you feel like shopping, just take a convenient ride to the UTC Mall which houses Sacks Fifth Avenue, Crate & Barrel, and Macy's to name just a few of the stores, all undercover in an air-conditioned Mall. Cancellation Policy
The booking may be canceled by the tenant at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing.
The following deadlines and charges apply to all cancellations, once a confirmation has been sent and the down payment deposit has been made:
Cancellations within three days of confirmation date: $100.00 (plus tax) administrative fee.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total payment, which is equal to the down payment deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations of 30 days or less prior to arrival or no-show: 100% of the rental amount is forfeited. Refunds will be given for those cancellations, where we are able to re-book exact days at the same price or higher. Otherwise, the difference between the canceled booking and the replacement booking will be refunded. An administrative fee of $150 applies, which is deducted from any potential refund.
Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect the traveler against the cost of cancellations due to family illness, loss of a job, death in the family, and named storms.
Deposit Policy
Guest will pay 25% of the total price of the accommodation, fees, and services incl. taxes after reservation to confirm and secure the booking. The remaining balance is charged automatically 30 days before arrival to the credit card on file. If the remaining balance is paid by check, in addition to rent, the tenant shall pay a late charge in the amount of $200 for payments made 3 days after the rent is due.
We will never ask you to wire funds to us as a deposit. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in was perfect and the instructions were well detailed. There are plenty of games and activities in the house to use and enjoy time with the family. The house was very clean and is located just off a main road that has plenty of dining options. Stefan was great and very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The house was absolutely beautiful fully stocked and prepped for a great stay. Clean, neat, stunning yard and pool with kayaks, paddle boards, and everything you can think of on the canal of phillipi creek. The house is very central located to siesta key and downtown Sarasota. Stefan, the host was great and prompt when help was needed, he looked out for us as his guests and tried to give us the best experience possible. A few flaws I was not aware of I would consider strongly if you are a future renter, there are no interior stairs up and down in the house, both very large sets of stairs are outside and very hard to navigate up and down. Do Not Rent if Elderly. The a/c unit is locked out at 72 and the house is a bit warm throughout the daytime. Also if you are a younger crowd coming to party a bit and play music and drink outdoors there is a noise ordinance from 8am-10pm. They also have cameras and do watch in on whats going on which is a bit uncomfortable. This is not party house!
