Gulfcoast Holiday Homes Covid-19 Cleaning Polices

 

In compliance with CDC cleaning recommendations, we have expanded our standard cleaning procedures to include the following:

 

  • All hard services:

    are cleaned with soap and water then sanitized using an EPA-registered household disinfectant containing a bleach solution or alcohol-based products with at least 70% alcohol depending on what is appropriate to disinfect the surfaces.

 

  • All soft surfaces:

    are laundered wherever possible, if not possible to laundry they are thoroughly vacuumed and then disinfected with an appropriate EPA-registered solution.

 

  • All electronics:

    are wiped down with an alcohol-based solution containing no less than 70% alcohol.

  • To limit exposure to our guests, we have collected and stored additional soft goods that are not easily cleaned for your protection.
  • High-touch surfaces such as light switches, faucets, handles, knobs, countertops, etc. will receive additional cleaning and sanitation measures.
  • Should your property feature communal areas such as pools and elevators, we have confirmed with a management staff that additional sanitation measures are in place.
  • Cleaning staff will utilize disposable gloves during their visit to the home.
