Give yourself a chance to enjoy a vacation in the beautiful sunshine state. This beautiful ranch-style 3 bedroom is tastefully furnished in Florida beach style. It is only minutes away from local shops/restaurants and 25 minutes from Gulf beaches like Anna Maria Island. You will enjoy the location and the home as well. As you enter the home you will notice the spacious open floor plan with indoor dining and living areas. It has everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen has a convenient breakfast nook that keeps entertaining your family and friends while cooking your favorite meals. Every bedroom has a unique furniture package to fit every environment. Not to count the oversized master bathroom with spacious countertops and a shower.
As you walk to the living area you will notice the outdoor and living spaces. A 4th bedroom is locked as it is used as an owner's storage and will not be available to guests. For your convenience, the pool is screened so you can seat outside and enjoy the beautiful view. The pool can be heated in the winter. There is an additional charge for pool heating. Please ask us.
The home is conveniently located near I-75 if you choose to go South to the UTC Mall or even going to the Outlet Mall in Ellenton. You are wondering how you can spend the day at our sunny beach? It is a short ride about 25 minutes to the beautiful Anna Maria Island, all you have to do is grab the beach accessories at the garage and go enjoy your day!
You will enjoy either sitting in the private pool area eating your meals, or you can choose from restaurants nearby. Do you need a short drive to the supermarkets? Walmart and Publix are right around the corner!

Cancellation Policy
The booking may be canceled by the tenant at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing.
The following deadlines and charges apply to all cancellations, once a confirmation has been sent and the down payment deposit has been made:
Cancellations within three days of confirmation date: $100.00 (plus tax) administrative fee.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total payment, which is equal to the down payment deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations of 30 days or less prior to arrival or no-show: 100% of the rental amount is forfeited. Refunds will be given for those cancellations, where we are able to re-book exact days at the same price or higher. Otherwise, the difference between the canceled booking and the replacement booking will be refunded. An administrative fee of $150 applies, which is deducted from any potential refund.
Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect the traveler against the cost of cancellations due to family illness, loss of a job, death in the family, and named storms.
Deposit Policy
Guest will pay 25% of the total price of the accommodation, fees, and services incl. taxes after reservation to confirm and secure the booking. The remaining balance is charged automatically 30 days before arrival to the credit card on file. If the remaining balance is paid by check, in addition to rent, the tenant shall pay a late charge in the amount of $200 for payments made 3 days after the rent is due.
We will never ask you to wire funds to us as a deposit. Please contact us if you are unsure.

It was absolutely amazing. Definitely enough space for the family, the kids loved the pool and overall loved the privacy and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.
"BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS HOME."
This house is beyond wonderful and beautiful. It is perfect to have a happy vacation. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, large kitchen. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The master bedroom is gigantic, and has a king size bed, it also has a spacious bathroom & a walking closet. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi. A beautiful pond very near so you can go to do fishing basically in your back yard. Great location overall.
The Property Manager Mr. Stefan is a very polite and great person and always has a wonderful attitude and responds immediately to whatever his guests need. We have had a blessed time in this house and we are very grateful. Thanks so much Stefan for your hospitality.

House was lovely, bright with an open floor plan. Sipping your morning coffee sitting with your feet in the pool, right outside of the living space. The surrounding grounds were beautiful. Location was perfect, close to shopping and beaches. My family and I really enjoy our stay and would definitely rent this home again.
Just one minor issue unfortunately we noticed that none of the linens had been changed on the beds. In all 4 bedrooms! We spoke to the rental agent and I would hope this would be a one time incidence.

We as a family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful house and it had everything we needed inside to make our stay very easy and very comfortable. It was a short drive to Siesta Key beach too which was very nice. We would definitely stay again and we suggest to everyone!

The location was great close to everything. The beach was only twenty minutes away. The house was a great size for our family. The pool was amazing and the gate around the pool was a plus with a small child. The only negative thing I have to say is the house cleaning needs more attention and the house just needs some updates. Overall pleased with our experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Southgate! Booking was simple, Stefan was fantastic to work with, very timely responding to questions. The house was perfect for our family, providing everything you could need and more! It was great to have toys for both the pool and the beach provided. Lovely accommodations, beautifully updated (except the bathrooms, they were functional, but slightly outdated). Exceptional space! We are already looking forward to coming back next year!
