Enjoy the stunning views from the pool deck or watch the wildlife while you sit in the pool and enjoy a refreshing drink. The home boasts great views over the lake. Watch the sunrise over the lake and observe the birds, as they play and hunt for fish. The owner has just remodeled large parts of the inside of the home. New stylish furniture in European design, 3 new TVs, new hardwood flooring, and new impact windows are among the many features that make this home stand out from the rest in the area.
On top of that, new, comfortable sun loungers and a new BBQ with 4 burners complement the upgraded interior. Plenty of space to cook huge steaks. The pool can be heated in the winter. There is an additional charge for pool heating. Please ask us!
3 supermarkets are located within 1.5 Miles, including Aldi. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Conveniently located to the beaches, shopping, and to the Interstate to go to the amusement parks at Orlando.

Cancellation Policy
The booking may be canceled by the tenant at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing.
The following deadlines and charges apply to all cancellations, once a confirmation has been sent and the down payment deposit has been made:
Cancellations within three days of confirmation date: $100.00 (plus tax) administrative fee.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total payment, which is equal to the down payment deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations of 30 days or less prior to arrival or no-show: 100% of the rental amount is forfeited. Refunds will be given for those cancellations, where we are able to re-book exact days at the same price or higher. Otherwise, the difference between the canceled booking and the replacement booking will be refunded. An administrative fee of $150 applies, which is deducted from any potential refund.
Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect the traveler against the cost of cancellations due to family illness, loss of a job, death in the family, and named storms.
Deposit Policy
Guest will pay 25% of the total price of the accommodation, fees, and services incl. taxes after reservation to confirm and secure the booking. The remaining balance is charged automatically 30 days before arrival to the credit card on file. If the remaining balance is paid by check, in addition to rent, the tenant shall pay a late charge in the amount of $200 for payments made 3 days after the rent is due.
We will never ask you to wire funds to us as a deposit. Please contact us if you are unsure.

We visited Florida from California. The property was quiet, clean, and accommodating. The property provided all essentials. The property manager was attentive and available if needed.

I brought several referees in town for a US Soccer event and needed a house that was big enough to hold all of us. This house was perfect. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. The home has plenty of room and is very well stocked. We will be back next year. Thank you!

This house was in a great neighborhood and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Our family also enjoyed all of the wildlife that visited the lake. The pool was nice and Stefan was great to work with.

My family and I had a great stay at Villa Madeira. The home was everything and more than what the site promised. It was stocked with all kinds of goodies, including coolers, pool floats, and beach toys. It just felt like home!

Stephan was very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed this home. It was bright and very big, plenty of room. One part of the house has the master bedroom and a living room. Perfect for my mom when she wanted to be away from the activities of two teenage girls. Her room was super quiet and she was not disturbed by us when we stayed up late to play cards and team video games (there's a second living room with tv). The other three bedrooms were small but fit out needs.One room lacked a dresser which would have been nice. Beds were comfortable and clean. Two bathrooms, clean and no issues there. Plenty of bath towels and washer and dryer were easy to use. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were pool toys and blow ups in the garage to use. Plenty of beach towels were provided. Plenty of seating to sit out in sun and eat on the deck. The deck was large with a very big, clean grill to use. We made dinners nightly. While bakeware was limited, we made due. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Really enjoy my staying here. Clean house, really comfortable, nice neighborhood.
I have only a couple of observations. The pillows are uncomfortable. The supplies for the toilet are not enough for my reservation. The outdoor grill old. Other than that everything great. Thank you Stefan!! Next time I’ll contact you again!!

My family have spent 10 days in the villa. The house is spacious enough to accommodate family of 5 and offer a lot of comfort and privacy.
The home was clean and the pool area is big to offer good family time. All of the shops you would need to spent your time are very close.
Golf course is 5 minutes drive and you can access the great Sarasota / Maria Island beaches within 25 min drive.

Could be cleaner and a few extras would be nice. Such as, toilet paper and some staples in the pantry. But overall it was great house and fit our needs well.

Stefan was great - very helpful. The house was absolutely fantastic - exactly like the pictures. We had a great time and will call on Stefan again. Our only problem was with the VRBO and HomeAway payment system. They screwed up and after more than 2 weeks can't figure out how to issue me a refund. I won't go through VRBO or HomeAway again.

Overall very good stay Stefan was easy to deal with not that we had any major problems only a bulb needed changing. Outside pool area furniture very tired but did not ruin our stay would stay here again

Nice place very clean and Great location to access many golf courses in the area .Only issue we paid to have the pool heated but the water was to cold for anyone to take a swim.

Stefan if very responsive, pleasant and helpful. The property is in decent shape - it is clean but showing some signs of wear. It was fine for our two families. Location is about 20 minutes from the beach and convenient to the highway. The backyard is nice with the pool and pond in the background. Overall we found it to be good value.

This home so beautifully decorated and has such a great view of a small pond with many birds visiting it daily. Great refreshing pool on those hot summer days in FL. Extremely nice neighborhood and very close to beautiful beaches. Stores, gas stations, and restaurants are so close by too. Everything you want in a vacation is at this beautiful home. The rental company is GREAT and will make sure you have everything you need. I would definitely rent this home again. Go visit Florida!
