A short drive down the road to Siesta Key or to Downtown Sarasota for beautiful beaches and endless dining. There is easy access to grocery stores and casual dining less than 5 minutes from the home by car. If you want to explore more of Florida, get on I75 which is just 2 miles away.
The condo is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in the Sunshine State with a full-sized washer and dryer, a well-appointed kitchen as well as a large BBQ on the patio.

The booking may be canceled by the tenant at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing.
The following deadlines and charges apply to all cancellations, once a confirmation has been sent and the down payment deposit has been made:
Cancellations within three days of confirmation date: $100.00 (plus tax) administrative fee.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total payment, which is equal to the down payment deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations of 30 days or less prior to arrival or no-show: 100% of the rental amount is forfeited. Refunds will be given for those cancellations, where we are able to re-book exact days at the same price or higher. Otherwise, the difference between the canceled booking and the replacement booking will be refunded. An administrative fee of $150 applies, which is deducted from any potential refund.
Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect the traveler against the cost of cancellations due to family illness, loss of a job, death in the family, and named storms.
Guest will pay 25% of the total price of the accommodation, fees, and services incl. taxes after reservation to confirm and secure the booking. The remaining balance is charged automatically 30 days before arrival to the credit card on file. If the remaining balance is paid by check, in addition to rent, the tenant shall pay a late charge in the amount of $200 for payments made 3 days after the rent is due.
We will never ask you to wire funds to us as a deposit. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Great place . Even though the parking was ten feet from the front door I thought I would have a covered Parking spot. Everything needed for a long or shot stay.
We had a wonderful stay at Breezy Springs. It was a great location and very quiet. We enjoyed the pool a couple of times. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Loved sitting out on the lanai with our morning coffee. The staff at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes were professional, friendly, and when I called were very efficient and helpful.
